In the heart of the Nitassinan of Pessamit, the Uapishka Station is an ecotourism enterprise and a scientific research station co-founded by the Pessamit Innu Council and UNESCO’s Manicouagan-Uapishka World Biosphere Reserve. On the edge of the Groulx Mountains (Uapishka) and the Manicouagan crater, it opens the doors to a Nordic universe unparalleled in Quebec. Be among the many travelers who make their way to the end of Route 138; it’s an experience in itself! Located in the small English-speaking community of Kegaska, the “Fin” (End) sign attracts many curious people every year. Take a picture of yourself in front of this mythical sign to keep a nice souvenir of your road trip in the Côte-Nord region!
