Did you know that you can paddle a series of safe, marked itineraries along the St. Lawrence and the Saint-Anne River? This is Portneuf’s “Route bleue.” Adventurous canoeists and kayakers can now explore the St. Lawrence River between the wharf in Cap-Santé and the wharf in Les Écureuils in Donnacona, where there are picnic facilities. If you prefer to experience one of the three sections of the Sainte-Anne River ideal for newcomers to the sport, head up to Saint-Raymond, Sainte-Christine-d’Auvergne or the Parc naturel régional de Portneuf (Saint-Alban) to access one of the starting points for these circuits available to all.
