In the heart of Old Québec City, Sagamité Restaurant offers a gourmet experience combining ancestral traditions and local ingredients in a decor mixing Indigenous art and history. The restaurant takes its name from an authentic Huron-Wendat dish, the sagamité soup, which consists of corn, squash and beans, nicknamed the “three sisters.” The menu has other delicious surprises, including Yatista, a flambéed meat potence, this restaurant’s specialty.
