The Jardin Daniel A. Séguin is a magnificent floral park with an educational, cultural and tourist vocation covering an area of 4.5 hectares. The Institut de technologie agroalimentaire du Québec in Saint-Hyacinthe learning garden (ITAQ) is known for having the largest collection of annuals in Quebec. You will be charmed by the maturity and great diversity of the 21 themed gardens.

Take advantage of a day outdoors to discover the world of birds of prey! On site, take 2.5 km of forest trails, observe the birds in the aviaries and discover the UQROP wild bird rehabilitation centre. Who knows, maybe you'll be the lucky one who can release one? The demonstrations will also allow you to learn more about Quebec's birds of prey and some will fly very close to you.

Ferme La Rabouillère: a farm to discover

Living the La Rabouillère experience means discovering a family farm that offers farm visits, a gourmet shop, a country table and even accommodations. Throughout your visit, you will be able to see the barnyard which is home to around forty varieties of birds and ten breeds of rabbits. Look in the rabbits' nests, there are certainly little rabbits to pamper! Finally, you will be surprised by the other unusual farms such as miniature donkeys, llamas, and pigs in outdoor enclosures. Stop and have a picnic on site!
