Enjoy family fun

With nearly one kilometre of fine sand, Pohénégamook Beach is not only the most beautiful freshwater beach in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region, but it’s also listed among the top 10 best beaches in Quebec. Canoe, kayak and paddleboard rentals are offered, and you can enjoy the province’s largest inflatable playground on the water. You can even camp there!

The Zoo de Granby is a major tourist attraction and zoological garden in Quebec, with trails allowing visitors to observe over 1,225 animals from about 225 exotic species, among which are elephants, giraffes, gorillas and tigers. Various paths will transport the whole family to the faraway continents of Africa, South America, Asia and Oceania. Guests can attend 20 presentations or so by zookeepers and educators.
